End User License Agreement

Effective Date: November 5, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Wartraf sp. z o.o. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Pet Coach mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to third parties.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, content, design, and underlying code, remains the sole property of Wartraf sp. z o.o. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
• Provide accurate information when using the App's features.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable).
• Use the App responsibly with respect to your pet's health, safety, and well-being.

You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the App's recommendations. Pet Coach is intended to assist and guide, not replace professional veterinary or training advice.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may, from time to time, provide updates or modifications to improve the App. These updates may automatically install without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire App at any time without liability.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party.

We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App from your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Use of the App is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wartraf sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill resulting from use or inability to use the App.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wartraf sp. z o.o., its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the App or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts located in Poland.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wartraf sp. z o.o. regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
